RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - surreymag - 25-03-2020 My mother in law is in a care home recovering from the latest of her injuries. At least in there we know she is being looked after. Her sister is 90 and lives on her own. Luckily she has good neighbours and obviously we check that she is ok regular phone calls. She is still quite active and will miss the socialising but she understands the reason why. RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - exenrique - 26-03-2020 lock down or lock in ? Police in Malaga arrested 7 people having a knees up in a bar. We have quite stringent restrictions here such as no passengers allowed in private cars. Also all public places are closed including parks and beaches. Generally supported by 95 % of the population. Keep safe RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - sossujrurl - 27-03-2020 I nipped out for milk yesterday. First time I'd been out of the house since Monday. Except to take the bin out and bring it back in. RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - Scrivenator - 27-03-2020 I'm an orphan, so don't have probs worrying about elderly relatives . I hope you remembered to wash your hands after bringing the bins waste receptacles in. Them bin men - refuse operatives handle thousand of bins waste receptacles on a round so handles will be a potential hot spot. The mortality rate is getting scary now. Re car owner virus, its good to see they have moved due test date back 6 months. I'll get back if I think of owt else. RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - sossujrurl - 27-03-2020 Mine is due January. I see Boris Johnson has caught it now. RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - surreymag - 07-04-2020 Like anyone else who is suffering I would hope that they can all make a full recovery whenever possible. RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - Scrivenator - 07-04-2020 Indeed. It's scary and equally to the point, it's real! RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - exenrique - 07-04-2020 Here in Spain theyre saying we're over the peak with less new infections per day and recovery rates rising However lockdown has been extended for a further 3 weeks RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - surreymag - 07-04-2020 I am sure it will be the same here next Monday they will probably announce another 3 week period and even then I don’t think that will be an end to it. RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - sossujrurl - 07-04-2020 I've been sort of following the figures and I don't think we're going to hit peak for another 8 or 9 days. RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - Pozzysback - 07-04-2020 I'm hitting my sexual peak if that helps RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - Scrivenator - 08-04-2020 (07-04-2020, 09:56 PM)Pozzysback Wrote: I'm hitting my sexual peak if that helps Come again? It sounds like he's in a better state now than he was before he became ill RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - Scrivenator - 09-04-2020 Staff at St Thomas' have reported that this morning Boris Johnson is looking bloated, sweaty, generally disheveled and talking incoherently A spokesperson said, "It's encouraging to see him look like his old self again." RE: Coronavirus 80% contagion expected worldwide - veriaqa - 11-04-2020 Dalglish is tested positive for Covid-19. He's asymptomatic though. I don't really like him as a manager, but hopefully he recover from this. He was hospitalised to be given intravenous antibiotics for an infection and was routinely tested for coronavirus which was positive but with no symptoms. If his infection clears up, he'll be fine. Possibly.
