Bit early to be going on about 'must win' matches I know - but I honestly think we're fucked if we dont win this

I hope and expect us to be on the front foot for a change so should scrape a win. I cab see the fitnss levels inproving before the transfer window, then onwards and upwards from then on...

Not so confident with the news about Eddie Howe ffs.

It'll be ok mate, he's already done evaluated fitness levels on most of the players and has intensified training levels over the past fortnight. Lots to be done, but I expect this will have a positive effect, though it will take time to get them at their peak. Fitness will translate into better performances and better results. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a higher press, quicker closing down and an improvement of possession from 3 pm today, which will improve in line with fitness levels over the coming few weeks.

He will have contact with the bench to direct things. Not ideal, but at least its still a presence.

I got the 3 bit right unfortunately both sides scored that number. Oh well bottom now with Norwich winning not great but we just have to plug away and hope for a minor miracle as things stand.
