Play like Sunday is all I ask. Draw or a win away will do nicely.

Had a dream that we went one nil down then scored to make it a 1-1 draw. Is this a true prediction?

DAFUQ?

We're in a cup final. Barely a year after the departure of the rotund one. And there's more to come. Regardless of the result today this season has been well above expectations.

Will be close in my opinion. I will sit on the fence and go for a 2-2 draw. I hope we beat the fuckers having said this!

We missed Bruno. What he does is he keeps the play flowing by linking up all over the pitch, especially the middle. There were a lot of interceptions that interrupted our fluidity. Our progress up the field was more stuttery than usual. I'm also seeing that opposition defenders have sussed out stopping Miggy getting onto his left foot is restricting his shooting opportunities.

Anyway we're on 40 points with 17 league games left and we have a cup final to look forward to. Considering we were usually out of the cups before the Christmas decorations came down and in a relegation battle until at least March I think I can say that progress has been made.

That's the 1st leg done. Similar to the Palace game, I found that tie a bit of a borefest, with not a great deal to get excited about re our threat up front, although we had a perfectly good goal ruled off. The dynamic changed when Isaak and ASM came on, so job done, lets turn these properly over in the next leg!
